Push notifications

The app registers its APNs token with POST /api/devices/tokens and removes it with DELETE /api/devices/tokens/{token}. Signing out removes the token. Native clients keep the user signed in with the standard Thundera trusted-device refresh flow; network errors never clear stored tokens.
